Richard's last job was at the Rough Hollow Marina where he had worked for approximately 8 years. Before that he had been a taxi cab driver and drove trucks for CFI.
Richard was preceded in death by his brother, David Newell Swan and his father, Joseph Donald Swan. Richard is survived by his mother, Dorothy Swan, brother, Eric Swan and his wife Mary, niece, Savanna Ramsey and her husband Rocky.
Services will be at the Lake Travis United Methodist Church, 1502 Ranch Road 620 North, Lakeway, Tx, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM.
