Robert Littell

Robert Littell Jr., 78, joined his Savior on September 5, 2014, Born May 10, 1936 in Forrest City, Arkansas. His family moved to Houston Texas in 1939, were he resided for the next 57 years. Robert graduated from John H Reagan High School of Houston in 1955. He joined the Texas Air National Guard Reserves shortly after graduation and served as Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force stationed at Ellington Field in South Houston, where he retired with over 20 years of service.

Robert then furthered his career as a Real Estate Agent and a Financial Investor. He moved to Austin Texas in 1994 to present time.

After a long friendship Robert married his current wife Barbara in Austin on December 11, 2006.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Cheryl Lynne Littell, father Robert Littell Sr., mother Willma Lockett Littell, brothers JD Haley, Billy Littell, Johnny Littell, sisters Pearlie Littell Hindsley, Dorothy Littell Knight, Juanita Littell Higgins, Luetha Littell Jared and son-in-law Carl Penuel.

He is survived by his wife Barbara O'Hern Littell, sisters Willma Littell Fields, and Reba Littell Gallatin, brother-in-law Donald Gallatin, his daughters Patrice Littell Penuel, Cindy Littell Canales, son-in-law Marcus Canales, granddaughter Nicole Penuel, grandsons John-Marcus Canales and his wife Ashley, Stephen Penuel and his spouse Sarah, Joshua Canales, Joseph Canales, great-grandchildren Kaylin and Andrew Penuel, and Logan Canales, and many great nieces and nephews.

Robert was a loving husband, father and friend to all, and will be missed greatly by many.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10th followed by funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home in Lakeway. Burial will be at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
