

Stanley Jay Noblett, 50, of Austin passed away on April 18, 2014. He was born in Dallas on April 26,1963. He grew up in Mesquite and was a graduate of Mesquite High School, class of 1981. He attended Eastfield Junior College for two years and then continued his education by attending the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology.
After graduation, he made his home in the Austin area and was employed by a tree business which led to Stan eventually starting his own business, Arbortech. His company has won the award #1 Certified Arborist in Austin for the past three years and has been nominated again this year.
He married Melody Voth in 1992 and in 1998 his son, Corey was born, which made his life complete.
He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish, camp-out, boating, golfing, any thing that you can think of that included being outdoors. He loved spending time with his son and teaching him all about the things that he loved.
He is survived by his son, Corey Noblett of Austin, Texas, his mother and step-father, Patricia and Darrell Benton of Rockwall, Texas, a brother and his wife, Kelly and Christy Noblett of Rowlett, Texas, and a sister and her husband, Tammy and Steve Harvey of Mineola, Texas. Stan left behind numerous nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
Stan was preceded in death by Melody Voth Noblett, his father, J.B. Noblett and his grandparents, Denver and Ruby Kelly.
Stan's family would like to express their appreciation to Lourdes Oliveira, whom he was currently engaged to be married, for all her and her family's love and support.
