

She was born on October 18, 1956, in Birmingham, England to Hubert Charles and Barbara Mary Mosson. Born and raised in England, Susan graduated from Brunel University in London where she met her husband, Paul. They lived west of London and Amsterdam before moving to Houston, TX in 1987, where they raised three children. In 2007, work took Susan and Paul to Madrid, Spain for eight years, then finally to Austin upon retirement in 2015.
Susan was a selfless, loving, nurturing, beautiful, vibrant, spirited, graceful, strong, humble and energetic woman. She had a way of making whoever she was talking to feel like the most important person in the world. As a daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, and beloved Granny she embraced every role with true devotion. Susan loved her family, friends, traveling, being a hostess, tennis, crossword puzzles, cups of tea, the view from her lake house and life in general.
Susan is survived by her husband Paul Baillargeon; children Robert and Danielle Baillargeon, Amy and Ryan Clay, and Jessica Baillargeon; grandchildren Bennett and Brooklyn Baillargeon and Jackson Clay; siblings Betty Twivey, David and Jean Mosson, Jane Mosson and Anne Levi; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Marilyn Checketts.
Services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Weed-Corley-Fish Lake Travis Chapel in Lakeway followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:30 p.m. at The Oasis on Lake Travis in Austin in the Lakeside Terrace room.
