Arcelia Gonzalez, 65, loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister succumbed to a chronic illness on December 16, 2021 at Antelope Valley Hospital, Lancaster CA. She was surrounded by her family. She was born in Mexicali, Baja CA Mexico on December 23, 1955. She lived and worked in Mojave, CA since 1978 with her family. Arcelia became a U.S. citizen in 2018. She especially loved gardening, enjoyed cooking and had a love for nature.
Arcelia is survived by her partner of 22 years, Zeferino Padilla, her children’s father Antonio Gonzalez and four children, Elizabeth Ramos, Marco Antonio, David and Daniel Gonzalez, son-in-law Cesar Ramos, three daughters-in-law, Jessica, Crystal and Cynthia Gonzalez, eighteen grandchildren, and 10 brothers and sisters.
A Rosary for Arcelia is being held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Joshua Memorial Park Mortuary, 808 E Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, California 93535, followed by a memorial service at 1:30 PM.
