

Arlene met the love of her life, Fred Belderok, while he was stationed at Edwards Air Force Base. They were married on August 10, 1957, at Sacred Heart Church in Lancaster, California, beginning a devoted marriage filled with love and partnership. Soon after, they made their home on Long Island, New York, and later in Trumbull, Connecticut, where they raised their family while operating their small business together.
In 1985, Arlene returned to Lancaster, California, to be near her family for the birth of her second granddaughter. She later worked for James O. Fourr, CPA, where she faithfully served for 18 years before retiring.
Arlene was deeply devoted to her community and was a founding member of the Lancaster Jethawks Booster Club. She was a familiar and welcoming face at games and events, often found selling candy to support fundraising efforts or enthusiastically cheering from the front row. Her kindness, dedication, and unwavering support touched countless lives.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Helen Zehosky; her beloved husband, Fred Belderok; and her brother, Ken Zehosky.
She is lovingly survived by her sister, Marge (Leonard); her three children, Wendy (James), Fred Jr., and Jackie (Larry); her two granddaughters, Rebecca (Daric) and Kimberly; and her cherished great-granddaughter, Kylee. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit.
