Esperanza Thais

Esperanza Thais, born March 21, 1927 in El Paseo Texas passed away quietly on April 8, 2026 at the age of 99 with family by her side. She was born to Isaias Reyes and Maria Torres Reyes who had a family of 12 and she was the eldest. She was married to Samuel Thais for 60 years and will now join together in Heaven. She is survived by her daughter Patricia Anna Garcia-Herman and husband Todd Herman of Saugus, CA, son Michael Thomas Thais of Valencia, CA, granddaughter DeMaree Anna Garcia of Valencia, and great-granddaughter Avianna Elayne Bautista of Valencia. Esperanza was a devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved camping with family, going to the beach, being a part of her children's sports and activities growing up. She loved family gatherings but the most important part of her life was her family who she loved.

Visitation will be held at Joshua Memorial Park Mortuary, 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535, US, on April 24, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held at Joshua Memorial Park Mortuary, 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535, US, on April 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Graveside Service will be held at Joshua Memorial Park, 808 East Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535, US, on April 24, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
