

Jim was born in Glendale, California on November 15, 1970 to Larry and Cheryl (McLaughlin) Lewis. Raised in Montrose, California, he attended Montrose Elementary School, Rosemont Junior High School and Crescenta Valley High School. He was married to Connie (Mason) Lewis from 1994 until her passing in 2014; they had two sons, Larry and Timothy. In 2019 he married Tina (Owens) Lewis, with whom he shared his life until his passing.
For over 30 years, Jim worked as a plumber serving the Antelope and San Fernando Valleys and was well regarded for his skills and dedication to his job. He enjoyed swimming, camping and the outdoors, and had the softest of hearts for animals of all kinds, most of all his beloved cat, Boogie.
In addition to Connie, Jim was preceded in death by his father and his half-brother, Philip Lewis. He is survived by wife Tina; his sons, Larry and Timothy (Crystal Calderon); his granddaughter, Sophia; his mother; his half-sister, Tracey Davenport; nephews Philip Lewis and David Lewis; and multiple uncles, aunts and extended family.
Jim will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
