Jonathan I'm not sure how I do this thing called life without you. I thought loosing Trice and Dad was too much. Now......
This hurts like no other pain I've ever felt. I didn't realize how much I depended on your love and light in my life. It hasn't been 2 weeks and I'm lost without you. Give Dad, LaTrice, Grandma, Uncle Don, Sister Benson and Jason a hug for me. I've got the best angels looking over me.

My condolences to family from the Ervin Family . Johnathan was such gentleman, always greeted you with such a beautiful smile. He grew up at Edwards AFB with my  children, Rondell, Mickey, Kerry and Rachelle.

Jonathan was always a beam of light and a bright smile. Every time he opened his mouth to tell a funny story or encouraging word, he would have everybody laughing. He encourage the youth and people of color, instilling in them a sense of value and purpose. I know that his assignment from God was to make everyone feel at ease.  We will miss him, until we meet again.

To the family, I am so terribly sorry for the loss of “Mr. Jones” as we knew him by at Highland High School. I had the pleasure of getting to know and working with Mr. Jones for a few school years. He always had a big smile on his face! I can remember when we decided to do a secret Santa amongst the staff in our class. He picked my name. I had no idea he had until he showed up with a massive framed photo (like a couple feet tall) of Michael Jackson all wrapped up. He knew how much I loved Michael Jackson. Couldn’t believe it! So sweet of him. He had a huge heart and he will never be forgotten. Sending condolences to the family. God Bless. Rest in Heaven, Mr. Jones.
