Nov. 14, 1932 - Feb. 11, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Peggy , 4 children , Joe(Jan) Foster, Dan (Sharon) Foster, Sylvia (Russ) West, and Patricia Foster, 5 grandchildren; Crystal Foster, Timothy (Ashley) Foster, Amanda Foster, Jon (Megan) Burtard, and Brooke Burtard and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and a grandson. Joe served in the Army's 82nd Airborne as a paratrooper in active duty from 1953 -1955 and reserve until 1961. He was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical worker for 60 years. He lived 50 years in the Antelope Valley. Memorial Services will be held on Feb 20, 2016 at Roosevelt Community Church, 45556 70th Street East Lancaster, Calif. In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Roosevelt Community Church.
