Just learned about Nancy's passing. So saddened. I have such fond memories of Nancy and of the entire DeMarco family.

My sweetest cousin Nancy was a force of nature, love and family.
I will always cherish our childhood together and her love of my family, always making time to call or visit even though we were hundreds of miles away.
Her strength will always be a constant reminder of what a person who shares her love with everyone can do.

I have such a fond memory of sharing a night with Nancy and friends at the Hollywood Bowl in 2015.

I love Nancy’s humor, smile, words of encouragement, her understanding. I miss visiting with her  and talking about all sorts of things including good food and healthy recipes among other things. Nancy loves to cook. She loves life. She loves her family and  her friends. Nancy loves every dog she has ever had. She loves being positive and laughing. She handled a very tough diagnosis with positivity, strength, humor, hope and with great strength. She worried about her family though. Even so, she stayed strong so that they would do the same. She wants them to live and enjoy every moment of life and continue on. She wants Richard to remember to eat and not ever give up or quit. Nancy understood she will meet up with everyone of her family and friends again in the future. Nancy is a very good friend and role model on how to handle tough times no matter how hard it is… “You keep going because you have to,  and you know there is something great to look forward to.” What is gone is fear, pain, and tears where Nancy is. What stays here on earth as well as in Heaven is love and the bonds made with others. Nancy left her love and took everyone else’s love with her.  Joy, peace.Laughter, hugs. Look forward to that in the future as we all should because it IS real. I won’t speak of Nancy in the past tense because I know who she truly is, breathes and lives unbound to an earthly body. I expect all of us who know & love Nancy to meet up w/her in the future in a far better place than here. For now, we all have to carry on and do what we’re meant to do in this life. Death of our bodies is not a death of us. John 3:16. Jesus said to a thief on a cross next to HIM “TODAY you will be with me in paradise. He lives, So do we when Jesus is ready to bring us home again from where we all came from to begin with. My prayers for comfort & peace are with Nancy’s loved ones. ♥️💐 We’ll see her again. Thank you for the good memories Nancy.  I miss you. I’ll remember you. ♥️ Love, Robin.
