I will never forget the first time I had met you, it was right after I just had Isela and took her to visit Tia Chipina, she immediately called your mom to tell her we were over her house and you had came with your mom.  You were so sweet and kind you was happy to see George and meet Isela but you also was concerned as how I was feeling.  We hit it off from the start and immediately became good friends.  When we had moved to Palmdale you showed us places to go and told us about where to buy the best ranchera!!!! You were always by our side.  I could always count on you.  You had a heart of gold.  You always had our backs.  You loved your girls and worked so hard to provide for them, no matter how you felt you still were trying your best to give them the world.  I am proud to call you my prima, you taught me so much and gave me tons of advice.  You had a smile that would light up a room.  Until we meet again give my love to all the Tia’s and cousins up there and give my mother in law Martha a big hug from me.  I continue to hold you in my heart and will cherish all the memories and tears we have shared together.  Love you Becky

I wasn’t around enough to really know Becky and as I got older we really had no contact… but one of the strongest memories I have of her and something that I have carried through my whole life has been something she taught me when I was a child. It seems so miniscule but its actually really relevant in my life till this day… 
At the time, I was living with my dad in Cali in his mobile home. Becky the girls and Johnny came down to visit. One day she asked me to wash the dishes I did and went outside to ride bike or something… Becky called me back inside and gave me the regañada of my life… I had washed the dishes with cold water… 🤦‍♀️ she made me rewash them with hot water…  till this day. I remember her words and how big of a deal it was to her.  Safe to say I learned my lesson and wash my dishes with hot water and taught my kids to do the same…  I’m more than grateful for having had Becky in my life even if my greatest memories are from when I was a child with her. I’ll carry her memory in my heart with me just like I do with all my beautiful aunts and cousins. So blessed to have known them! Sending you all much love, hugs and kisses! Xoxo 😘

My most cherished memories were when you lived with us at the 70th street house it was the best 2 years ever!  Not having a sister  made it a total blessing for me!  Learning how to "tease" my hair and to wearing make-up behind my parents back was so funny!  You bought me my first 2 piece swimsuit and you were trying your best to get my mom to let me where it, I thought you were the coolest cousin for going to bat for me with my mom and pops and that was NOT easy!  When you and Johnny got into it we would band together, if u were mad I was too, lol!

You getting me addicted to "All my Children",  "Days of our lives" and "Laverne and Shirley".  Then when Cindy was born it was like a beautiful light came into our family!  I got to see what a wonderful caring and playful  mommy you were.  It was cool when u and Johnny would go out because that meant I would get to take care of her and it was just beyond happiness.. Traveling with you to Ensenada was a complete blast! I know your girl's have heard this story a million times but i remember it like yesterday.  

You were dating a handsome guy out there I forget his nickname it was some kind a bird name lol - and you were told you couldn't go out by yourself unless you took me ... Umm, u weren't happy about that  but you took me (ni modo) after a long day out I pretended I was tired and couldn't walk ... so he would carry  me over his shoulder,  well he fell for it and I think I got more action than you did that day...we laughed about it all night!!

All these memories are locked and sealed forever in my heart and mind.  Until we are reunited again we are at peace knowing that you are in GODS Paradise rejoicing with our family.

Becky, may you rest in power, every time I hear that song WHO DO YOU LOVE , BY THE SAPPHIRES, I would always think of you, many years ago I heard that for the first time when you were playing it. Always brought good memories of when our families use to visit each other, and I will continue to cherish that song when I hear it, for the good memories it brought me of our childhood cuz. A lot of people don’t know this, but Rabecca was actually my friend before Cindy and I became best friends—Cindy totally stole me! ( inside joke.)
We met in kindergarten when our girls were in the same class, and Rabecca and I instantly connected and  Our daughters also became best friends.She was the only mom who wasn’t trying to be someone she wasn’t—so real, so warm, so effortlessly cool. Being around her felt easy and fun, like you'd known her forever.
I have so many sweet memories with her. She used to tease me for always overdressing. One time, I invited her out for shopping and dinner in LA. She showed up in stretch bell-bottom leggings, a tiny crop top, and sky-high platform shoes, looked me right in the eye, and said, “You are not going to outdress me today.” And let me tell you—she turned heads! We laughed until we cried, wobbling through LA on broken sidewalks, trying not to twist our ankles. That day will always be one of my favorites.
Rabecca was truly beautiful, inside and out. Even while quietly navigating her own health struggles, she carried so much—her work, her home, her girls—with such grace and strength. She showed up, not just for her family, but for all of us lucky enough to know her.
That was also around the time Cindy started volunteering at the PTA and slowly snuck her way to my top myspace profile spot.  Thanks to Rabecca, I didn’t just gain a best friends—I gained family and my daughter also found a best friend.
Watching our girls grow up has been one of the most beautiful gifts, and such a reflection of the kind, loving, and genuine person Rabecca was.
She was funny, sharp, fiercely loyal, and had that perfect kind of sarcasm—the kind that made you laugh, feel seen, and deeply loved all at once. Her spark, her spirit, and her love live on in her daughters. You see it in their smiles, in their strength, and in the light they carry with them.
She will be missed more than words can say. But she left her heart with all of us—and we’ll carry
