Roy William was born Dec 14, 1948 in Portland Oregon to the parents of Raymond and Thelma Williams, and Leroy and Alice Magee and his brother Michael William, who proceeded him in death. Roy received his education in Portland Oregon. Roy and Maria was married over twenty five years. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, family and friends.
Roy loved ministering, he ministered with New Life For Old Ministries for over twenty five years He ministered in Jail, Prison, Missions and Youth Camp. He was the director of Jails for New Life For Old Ministries. He also was an instructor for his church, New Creation Fellowship for the school of Ministry for two years. Roy was ordained as a Pastor at his church.
He was survived by his wife Maria Ward Williams, his sisters Shirley Williams, Lynda Williams, his brother Darryl Williams and his children. Sue, Roy Jr. Myisha, Alisha, Olan, and Nicole. Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends
