Sandra Kay Cottingham was born March 25, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois. She was the third child of six, from the union of Arthur (residing in Illinois) and Grace Smith (preceded her in death). Sandra spent her childhood in Chicago. She was educated in Chicago where she received her high school diploma from Chicago Vocational High School.
Shortly after Sandra moved to California for a better life, Sandra met and married Victor Cottingham & was faithfully married for 42 years until her departure.
Sandra lived in Southern California for over 30 years until she retired from the Hospitality Industry. After her retirement, Sandra moved to the Antelope Valley.
Sandra truly was a pleasant person to be around. She had a heart of gold. She loved her family, home & music.
She was the proud mother of six children, to include, Raymond Pink, Sandra Ann Pink, Albert Duke Smith, Eileen Cottingham, Eula Cottingham, Victor Cottingham, Jr. & step-daughter, Rosemary Cottingham.
Sandra had 25 grandkids, 14 great grandkids & a host of family, relatives & friends.
She will deeply missed by all who knew her & loved her...
