Steven John Ament Sr.

Of Lancaster, Calif., passed away on July 13, 2015, at the age of 49.

Steven was born in Pomona, California, on January 08, 1966.

Steven worked many jobs in his life including electrician work, construction, & large solar projects.

Steven’s hobbies included watching football, camping, fishing, & most of all, cooking on the BBQ for his family & friends. Steven was an awesome cook and was known by many friends as “Steve, the Cooker Guy.” Steven enjoyed spending time with his son, mother, brothers, sister, nieces and nephews.

Steven was preceded in death by his father Bernard Sr. His memory will be carried on by his son Steven Jr., his mother Pearl, Brothers, Gordon (Olga), Bo (Sharron), David (Ana), sister Valerie, nieces and nephews, and of course the many, many friends he has made along the great life he lived.

Steven was always the life of the party, and had a smile that would light up the room. He would be the first person to cheer you up with his contagious laughter, and give you advice to make life just a little bit better. He will be remembered for his unconditional love, big bear hugs & a big kiss. He is truly loved & will be missed by all that knew him.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Good Shepherd cemetery at 1:30PM.
