The world feels quieter without the laughter of Tammy Lee Rozelle, who passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on September 11, 1967, in Northridge, California, Tammy grew up in the San Fernando Valley and Glendale areas before planting her roots in Palmdale, where she built a life filled with love, purpose, and light.
Tammy’s life was defined by compassion. For 27 years, she served as a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Kaiser Permanente, later extending her calling into hospice care. Her gentle voice and kind hands comforted families through their hardest goodbyes. Nursing wasn’t just her profession—it was her ministry of love, one that touched countless lives with empathy and grace.
But healing wasn’t her only gift. Tammy also shared beauty with the world through her flower shop, Simply Flowers, in the Antelope Valley. Surrounded by color and fragrance, she poured her heart into ensuring that people’s most meaningful moments were handled with care. Whether celebrating love or offering comfort in loss, Tammy believed everyone deserved to feel special—on their best days and their hardest ones.
Tammy had a deep love for the ocean. Some of her happiest days were spent on her boat, enjoying the calm and simplicity of being on the water. Catalina was her favorite place to visit, and she often shared those trips with family and friends who meant the most to her.
Her greatest joy, though, was her family. Tammy was the devoted mother of Elizabeth Wagner, Zachary Rozelle, and Christopher Rozelle, and the proud grandmother of Lilia and Viviana Rozelle, with another grandchild arriving soon. She also shared a special bond with her daughter-in-law, Nayely Rozelle, whom she loved as her own.
Tammy is also survived by her mother, Ruth Eidem, her step-father Stewart Eidem, and her siblings, Jonn Eidem and Sonn Eidem.
Those who knew Tammy will forever remember her warmth, the way her laughter could fill a room, and how a single conversation with her could make you feel seen, heard, and loved. She had a rare gift for finding beauty in ordinary things, and for reminding others of their own light when they couldn’t see it themselves.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Joshua Mortuary, 808 E. Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, California. The family will hold a private gathering from 1:00–2:00 p.m., followed by services and moments of healing from 2:00–5:00 p.m.
Tammy’s love will continue to bloom in every heart she touched and in every life she comforted. Words will never be enough to express how deeply she will be missed.
