Alvin B. Muyano, 69, a hotel banquet coordinator, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011. He was born May 5, 1942, in Santa Cruz Zambales, Philippines, and was a six-year resident of Nevada. Alvin is survived by his wife, Andrea Muyano; daughters, Eileen (Teddy) Rivera, Rhea Sharon (Allen) Calderon and Mildred Faye (Alex) Ucol; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 2, at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89117. Burial will follow at Palm Memorial Park - Northwest.
