Amir Akram Elkhechen, age 19, passed away Monday, July 15, 2013 in Las Vegas. Born October 22, 1993 in Los Gatos, California, he had been a Las Vegas resident most of his life. Amir was a 2012 graduate of Bonanza High School and attended College of Southern Nevada. He loved playing paintball and football and loved being with his family and friends. Survivors include his father, Akram Elkhechen, brother Omar Elkhechen, paternal grandmother Ikbal Elkhechen and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Amir was preceded in death by his mother, Marta Elkhechen, paternal grandfather Adib Elkhechen and maternal grandparents Dan and Josephine Bernardino. Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Shadow Hills Church, 7811 Vegas Drive. Family will receive friends from 3-7pm Friday at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Interment, Clovis Cemetery, Clovis, California.
