Andrew Jacob Melnichuk Jr.

Beloved Son and Brother, Andrew Jacob Melnichuk Jr., 23, was called to his eternal resting place on October 3rd, 2021. Born on April 14, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada, he was preceded in death by his Stepdad Daren Ricks and his Grandmother, Anita Johnson. He is survived by his Mother, Kelly Mitchell and his Father, Andrew Melnichuk Sr. He will be a greatly missed Big Brother by his 5 younger siblings, Maya, Sophia, Sydney, Damian and Maximus. He is also leaving behind Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Stepmoms and Cousins who will continue to keep his memory alive through shared stories, photos and memories. He will also be missed by an entire motorcycle community who became an extension of his family.

Andrew was an incredibly kind soul who loved his family and showed it daily. He enjoyed playing online games and riding motorcycles. It was a motorcycle accident that ultimately took him from us too soon,

though no fault of his own.

He will be laid to rest on October 18, 2021 beginning with a viewing at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church located at 5300 El Camino Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89118, at 9:30am. There will be a procession to Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery located at 6701 N Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131 at 11:45am.

Serving as pallbearers will be Theodore Thymianos, Brett Maddock, Andrew Melnichuk Sr, Alex Savagios, Brandon Wesley and Maximus Melnichuk.

A fundraiser is currently underway and donations are being accepted and appreciated.
