My deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Steele. I had the honor of working with him for nearly two and a half years, and he was the one who trained me when I first started. He used to call me “the heavy hitter” because he was impressed by how hard I worked, but I was trained by the best.

As one of the hospital’s longtime employees who had been there since it opened, Mr. Steele carried so much knowledge and history with him. I’m forever grateful for everything he taught me and for the time we shared.

Rest easy, Mr. Steele. I love you friend, and I’m definitely going to miss you.. ❤️

I am so sad to hear about the loss of such an amazing man!!! His smile was one of the highlights of my day, everyday I worked with him when he was off it always felt like something was missing. He was so good to people and always made them feel important! My heart breaks for his family as I know my heart is breaking at the loss of such a special light in this world. God please take care of my special friend and lavish him with love and kindness as he did to us here on earth.
