Armando was born in Hong Kong and passed away in Las Vegas.
Armando was a loving husband and father. Armando is survived by his family: Tony, Brian, and Joe. Armando worked with Southern Pacific Railroad until his retirement in 1997.
Armando took a great interest in investing and teaching people how to be financially secure for retirement. Armando enjoyed actions movies whether at the theater or watching them at home. He enjoyed animals especially his 2 cats Leroy and Missy. Armando loved photography and enjoyed taking pictures of family, scenery, and animals.

A visitation will be held on February 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Palm Mortuary - Cheyenne, located at 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129, United States.
The funeral service will follow at the same venue from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
