Arthur “Art” Thomas Miller, born February 8, 1937 in Pittsburgh, Kansas to Anton and Lila Miller passed away May 16, 2013 at the age of 76 at his home in Las Vegas, NV. After a brief childhood with 7 brothers and sisters, Art enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for 23 years. Upon retirement from the United States Air Force he entertained a 16 year career as an ROTC instructor at Rancho High School in Las Vegas. Art was a beloved husband, father and “Papa.” He is survived by his wife, Lova; daughter, Debra; son-in-law, Jared; granddaughter, Ashley; brother Neil and sister, Celia. Funeral service will be held on June 10, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Southern Nevada Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery (1900 Veterans Memorial Drive). He will be missed by his family and country.
