Barbara Sue Herndon was born in St Louis, MO on 8/11/41, peacefully went to be with the Lord on June 5, 2024 at the age of 83. Barbara grew up in Mesa, AZ, attended Mesa High School and married Howard Lewis Herndon on June 13, 1959. Barbara was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Barbara served the Lord with her husband Howard prior to their retirement, in many Christian Ministries including the Southern Baptist Home Missions board. Barbara will be remembered by her willingness to serve others and be missed by her family and friends. Barbara is survived by her brother ED Musgraves, Children Howard Neal and Susan, 3-grandchildren and 4-great grandchildren.
