Barbara was born on 09/26/63 in Memphis, Tennessee, moving to Los Angeles, California in 1976, and making Las Vegas, Nevada her home beginning in the late 1980's. Barbara loved life -- her outgoing personality and tenacious spirit colored all her endeavors which included 30+ years as an administrator in the public/healthcare/marketing fields and as an owner of businesses providing administrative services -- Office Beginnings, OrganizeITServices, and Notary on Demand.
Barbara loved to travel, had a gift for seeing the beauty in everything, and was known for both her wit and wisdom.
Barbara is survived by her partner of 20+ years, Jeffery Smith, sisters Carolyn Lamb and Marcia Rhea, brother William Rhea III, two nieces, and a host of family, friends, and business associates.
Barbara will be dearly missed.
