Beatrice Heathman

She confessed Christ at an early age, was baptized at St. John Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Porter Henderson. She received her early education at Thomastown Elementary

and High School. In 1980 she along with her family moved to Las Vegas Nevada where she attended and graduated from Valley High School in 1982. She united with Carver Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Lofton Richard. After graduation Beatrice worked at various hotels and later became employed with American Community Services where she traveled to many states. After many years with the company she managed her very own company named New Generation Inc. This is where she met many lifelong friends. After extensive travel in 2007 Beatrice decided to settle down in Las Vegas where she worked for several companies and later became employed at LogistiCare Nevada. She worked diligently and dedicated until she became ill. Beatrice was a faithful member of Bread of Life where she was a true praise and worshiper. She loved the Lord.

On Wednesday, January 29, 2020 Beatrice was called home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her father Abner Sr, mother Pearline, son Dominique Antione Heathmon, brother Abner Heathmon Jr and sister Shirley Fountain.

Left to Cherish her beautiful life and memory are her son Michael Dewayne Ball Jr. (Jasmine), grandchildren Makiah Ball, Michael Ball, Kemiyah Bass and Ivy Ball all of Las Vegas, NV. Brothers Lee Heathmon (Debra), Curtis Heathman (Crystale) of Las Vegas, NV, Dewayne Fountain (Flora) of Tallulah LA, Kenneth Fountain (Tabitha) of Houma, LA. Sisters Hattie Heathmon of Oakland, CA. Gloria Jean Jones, Linda Fountain and Carolyn Duncan all of Tallulah LA. Barbara Ferguson of Pahrump, NV. Bertha Heathmon of Pamela Heathmon and Gina Brandon (Thomas) all of Las Vegas NV and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
