Betty McComb Simmons, 90, of Las Vegas, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013. She was born July 12, 1922, in Cortland, Neb., and was a 19-year resident of Nevada. Betty was a retired district director for the Federal government. She is survived by her daughter, Stevie Kushner of Las Vegas; sons, Glenn Monday of Los Angeles, and Rick McComb of Pinehurst, Calif.; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, at Desert Spring United Methodist Church, 120 N. Pavillion Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89144.
