William Earnest Kissel, of Las Vegas, passed away July 1, 2011. Bill was born in Salinas, CA, Sept. 22, 1943 and was preceded in death by his mother Berniece Doyle, father Samuel Kissel and daughter Tina Logan. Bill attended Rancho High School. He was the owner and retired from Far West Air Conditioning. Bill is survived by his wife Anna Paulette, son Wayne Kissel of Yuma, AZ, daughters Catherine Rodriguez of Las Vegas, and Kathleen Portello of Fort Mill, SC, stepson Nicholas Isaac of Tacoma, WA, niece Jennifer Morales of Las Vegas, sisters Joyce Burt and Mary Kissel of Las Vegas, 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He also had his two favorite girls Cuddles and Puki. Bill was an organ donor. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Thursday July 7, 2011 at 7:00p.m.at 6845 Sweet Pecan Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89149. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the Diabetes Association. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
