Catherine Garza Morales passed away peacefully to be with her Heavenly Father, April 23, 2012, surrounded by her family. She was born in Kenedy, Texas, but lived in Las Vegas for 50 years. She is survived by her son, Felipe Morales; daughter, Janie Proctor; sister, Eva G. Castillo; three grandchildren, Debbie, Danny and Jeff; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Viewing will be 3-7 p.m. Monday, April 30. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, both at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Cremation will follow.
