Christopher F Landacre

Born on September 19, 1953 in Highland Park, MI, Chris was the son of William Landacre and Wanda Cutlip Landacre.

Chris graduated from the University of Michigan in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree. He shared 48 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Karen. Their love story began when their fathers, who were coworkers, set them up on a date. That introduction turned into nearly five decades of marriage and a lifetime of memories together.

Chris enjoyed the simple things in life, spending time with those he loved, and cheering on his Michigan Wolverines. He was a loyal fan who proudly supported the maize and blue.

Throughout their marriage, Chris and Karen shared their home and hearts with four beloved Shetland Sheepdogs. Their Shelties, Shiloh, Spencer, and Stryker, were an important part of their family, as well as Skye, who will deeply miss his dad.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Karen Landacre; and their beloved Sheltie, Skye. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Mahmood, of Brighton, MI; and his brother, Richard Landacre, of Brighton, MI.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Landacre and Wanda Cutlip Landacre; his sisters, Diana Wilson and Virginia Goers; and his brothers William Landacre and Michael Landacre.
