Constance J. Miller

Connie was born December 22, 1940 to Gilbert and Margaret Smith in Estherville, IA. She graduated from Estherville High School in 1958 and moved to the Twin City area to go to college at the University of Minnesota. This is where she met Jesse.

She married Jesse J. Miller on January 1, 1963 and had two children, Krist Ann and Craig Michael.

After owning and operating bars & restaurants in St. Paul, her and her husband decided to move to Las Vegas in 1995 to escape the Minnesota winters and to enjoy their lives in the Vegas heat.

She enjoyed her second career as a Cage Associate at the world-renowned Stratosphere Casino & Hotel. She retired from working in 2011 but not from her favorite past times of playing a weekly bridge game, supporting her hometown sport teams both college and professional, and playing video poker at her favorite casinos, The Palms, The Orleans, and Eastside Cannery.

Surviving her are her children, five grand kids ((AJ, Alicia, Jessica, Andrew, and Jordan Papenfuss) and six great grandchildren. Also surviving her is her beloved dog, Bernard Saint (Buddy) Miller.
