A reception will occur Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89129. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 17, 2021 at 9:30 AM, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89129. A committal service will occur Friday, September 17, 2021 at 1:20 PM at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.

I also just remembered when he was in the navy station in San Diego I went for a visit and he took me on aircraft carrier this city on the water had everything it was huge those were the very best day of my life

He was my first friend an husband he was the smartest man I ever met a good memory for me is we used to go out every Saturday night with his brother David and we danced and laughed and had so much fun he taught me how to Cha-Cha he was great at dancing he used to pop lock it was what they were doing at the time he would truly be in my heart for all time and maybe one day I'll see him again in the Lord's Kingdom along with our daughter keayona an are grandchild kaysenura it is not a bad feeling as much when I think of all three of them together in the Lord's Kingdom they will always be missed always be loved and most of all he's with his mom and his brother Jeanette and Steven this was my first real family I would love all of you always may God keep you and if you ever need my help for anyting you have my number love you Petrice1😇😇😇😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

My Uncle Carnell , was the most strongest and smartest man I ever came across . I wish I had the chance to be there and support my cousin Lexi and my Auntie Cheryl but its alot for me too handle . I remembered you as this very diligent man. Your very motivating , funny , stern and intelligent . Im proud to say your were my uncle. I love you and miss you. Rest Easy Uncle 🙏😔
