Curtis and Leslie were some of the very first to welcome us when we moved to Woods Cross.  They were quiet servants for our Heavenly Father--- lovingly offering smiles and service to many many people without ever asking for recognition.  We loved having them as friends. We know Heavenly Father is aware of you, Leslie, and pray for his comfort and peace to be with you and your family. 

I was not around Curtis a lot, I do remember him and how friendly he and Leslie were, we shall miss him, but know he is with loved ones now, take care Leslie and know you are in my prayers

I will alway have a sweet spot in my heart for Curtis, he was a big part of my life, because he was a big part and a good friend to my dad.  The last time I saw Curtis, and how I will always picture him, which was a small  gift, from God, to me.  I was up visiting my Dad for his birthday in October, Curtis dropped by and gave my Dad the most thoughtful gift, something my whole family will treasure for many years to come.  I will forever be thankful for his friendship and love, I love Curtis even though I seldom saw him, because every time I talked to my dad he could seldom get through a conversation without telling me something he and Curtis were up to,  Thank you Groberg family for sharing a piece of father, brother and husband with my family.

There is an old saying, cousins are some of your first friends and then we have the best of both worlds because we are family and friends at the same time.  Curtis was one of those special individuals that radiated love and warmth to those around him.  His smile was contagious and you knew he genuinely cared and was interested in your thoughts and ideas.  Leslie, may peace and comfort be with you and your family at this time. Curtis and Leslie will always be HALL of FAME members of the Woods Cross 10th ward.  They just quietly and lovingly served others.  One of my favorite memories of Curtis was an opportunity to serve with him at the Church Mill from 12 am to 4 am.  He kept us all going with his diligent service.  He was the oldest volunteer but out worked us all.  He even drove us all there and home.  He served our ward and our stake with humility and love.  Leslie I hope to see you soon to tell you how much you are loved.   

Curtis will be missed by all who knew him.  He was one of those guys who made the world a better place.  
My favorite memory of Curtis was when I was just tiny. 
 Lee mentioned the trip to Spirit Lake and the hike to Tamarack Lake.  I recall that being a really hard hike for little legs, and at some point totally giving up.  Curtis carried me the rest of the way on his shoulders.  
I always looked up to him throughout my life, and I think he had that effect on many people.

We had a lot of fun times when we were young.  We will miss him and wish his family well.

Curtis was one my childhood heroes and remained that way for all of his life.  A favorite memory was staying with him and Pat at the Spirit Lake lodge and then fishing on Tamarack lake.
He married well and Leslie, we are so sorry for your loss.   It is a loss for many of us.
Curtis had a zest for life that was contagious and he will be greatly missed.
