When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Cyril was a happy, loving, kind father and husband. A true blessing to every life he touched. Born in England, he grew up with a passion for movies and entertainment. When World War II broke out, Cyril joined the British Army and was assigned to Africa, entertaining troops fighting for freedom for their country by setting up first run movies from the back of his jeep.
At the end of the war, Cyril returned to England, married his soulmate Letitia and the two became a family when first child, Michaela was born. Still passionate about the movie industry he moved his wife and daughter to Hollywood to an amazing life long career as a sound mixer for Warner Brothers Studio. His pride of work and family grew again when son Paul was born.
Retiring in 1994, Cyril moved his family to Las Vegas where he continued his passion for movie production and editing, tinkering with music (he loved the organ), entertaining friends and family with glorious war stories, and celebrating his happy life with a Honey Jack Daniels toast.
He is survived by Wife Letitia, Daughter Michaela, Son Paul and two grandchildren, Rosemary and Vincent.
Ever the life of the party, earlier this year he and Letitia celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary; and he was looking forward to his 94th Birthday party on August 6th. A truly amazing man, forever in our hearts, will be eternally missed until we meet again.
God Bless Cyril!!! Always Loved.
