Dale Eugene Martin

Dale Eugene Martin died peacefully in Nathan Adelson Hospice on January 23, 2017 in Las Vegas Nevada at the age of 75 Dale is survived by his wife Jennie Martin, Children, Daughters Francine (Husband Jeff) of WI, DeAnna (Husband Brad) of Morning Sun, IA, Melissa (Husband Walter) of Las Vegas, NV and Son Ricky of Los Angeles, CA. He is preceded in death by, Parents Chet and Opal and Brother Gary, of El Centro, CA, Sisters Betty, and Barbara. Dale was born on September 3,1941 in Topeka Kansas to Chet and Opal. He graduated from San Diego High School in 1960. He will be remembered for so much, but for mostly his gentleness, kindness, and patience with his family and friends. Dale was a quiet, and strong man, as well as witty and funny. He was a much loved father, son, brother and husband, who was always a beacon of strength (being the" Man of Steel" to his children) and for his family. A memorial service is planned for Friday February 03, 2017, 12pm at Advent United Methodist Church 3460 N Rancho Drive Las Vegas NV 89130 with a reception to follow at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary 7400 W Cheyenne Ave Las Vegas NV 89129. Pastor Dennis Hutson will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Dale's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Cancer Society.
