Dale Allan Matson

Dale was born Glendale, CA to “Bob” and “Dolly” Matson on January 15,1949. He went to school at Eagle Rock High School , Eagle Rock CA. He worked as a gas man for Southern California Gas Company for 30+years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war and served in the Navy with honorable discharge and was awarded the Navy good conduct medal, National Defense Service Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Service Medal, various other medals and ribbons too many to list.

Dale is preceded in death by his, mom,-Roquetta Alice Matson and dad,-Robert Louis Matson. Dale is survived by Dale Robert Matson (son) and Diana Lynn Matson (daughter) and Robert John Harvey (son in law), and Donna Matson Vargas (sister),: grandchildren, Ethan Gabriel Delgadillo, Dominick Robert Matson, Giana Rae Matson, and 2 nieces Cresha and Andrea Vargas.

The family of Dale wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all the family and friends for being here to celebrate dad’s life, Mountain View ICU staff of doctors and nurses and Shane and Naomi from Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery.

A visitation for Dale will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131. A committal service will occur Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131.

Dale will be laid to rest in Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131; Heritage Mausoleum.
