RIP Augie, I learned a lot from you, your have fun but work your butt off while doing it carried me through my AF career. "complain about the job while you do it" didn't make sense to me at the time but clears as day now. Thanks buddy, Condolences to your family.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Augie was such a great guy, and being around him always left people laughing. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, and he’ll truly be missed by all of us who were lucky enough to know him. My thoughts are with his entire family, and please know if you guys need anything.

I am very sorry for your loss. I knew Auggie for many years. I have gotten to work with him, sharing his quirky laugh, jokes and overall happy personality.  RIP my brother,  GOD SPEED, your brothers and sisters will take it from here... you will be truly missed.

Dave, you were the absolute best brother in-law. You came into my life 38 years ago! I always looked up to you as a role model and just a love able guy! I’ll always remember you mimicking my Dad’s Irish accent and him saying “Augie, Augie, Augie and you’d say Oi, Oi, Oi. I have countless memories of you. Especially when I was in a wheelchair and you let go of it laughing your ass off as it was going down a hill. All of our family loved you and still do. You always kept in touch with me and Mum. I’m so glad I was able to connect you with Zach again, I remember sending you every picture I’d get each year so you could see your son. I remember Zach being scared you were gonna abduct him on your first outing alone when he was staying with me lol. I love the bond you guys had, sadly just not enough time. I’m also glad you finally found your soulmate, twin flame ;Kim  and have two beautiful daughters and another son.   Love you always forever in our hearts xx

Our heart aches for all Dave's family and friends. Dave had an impact on everyone because he was just the best human. I met Dave in Newark California when we were about 10 years old and we became best friends living on the same street. Our only fight was over a girl, LOL. He probably saved my life when we were riding the city bus to the Peterbuilt factory and I had my head out of the window. He pulled me back inside just as the bus passed a truck within inches.  His mother, sisters and brother always treated me like part of the family, teasing, kidding and the occasional look of 'knock that shit off". I will always be thankful for Dave. Thank you Dave for sharing your life with us. Prayers to all

Augie!!! Thank you for always welcoming me into your home with lots of laughter and jokes, I always looked forward to seeing you and kim and chatting it up. I’ll miss your humor that always put a smile on my face, forever bummed that I never got to have beer with you. Hope there’s a hot tub for you up in heaven!!!
