David Matthew Montalvo

In memory of our loving son, brother, father and husband, David Matthew Montalvo, who passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 17, 2020. He was born on June 24, 1986 in Tacoma, Washington. He grew up in Southern California and lived in Hawaii, Arizona and his last place of residence was N. Las Vegas, Nevada. David loved to travel, loved his family and adored his wife and four children. David had a very outgoing personality and lived by the motto to Live Life to the Fullest. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and was well known for his brand "LL2DF". David will never be forgotten and would desire everyone to "Live Life 2da Fullest", make everyday count, and to live every day likes it's your last.

David leaves behind his wife, Dianne, daughters Kaylani, Jazmine, Desiree and son David jr. ; mother and stepfather, Sylvia and Christopher Shaffer; father, Paul Dennis Montalvo, Sr.; his brothers and sister, Paul, Jr., Noah, Peter, Trevor, Dylan and Emily Shaffer; grandparents, nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends in the United States. David was preceded in death by his brother Anthony in 2010.

A memorial service will be held at Palm Northwest Mortuary located at 6701 N. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV, 89131, on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the same location. A gathering will be held at 1942 Barrel Oak Ave, N. Las Vegas, NV. 89031 following the memorial service. Donations are being accepted to assist the family with the memorial at https://gf.me/u/yzuu3k
