David Sang-June Rhee

September 24, 1969 – January 20, 2025

David Rhee never met a Jindo he didn’t like. Besides his affection for this breed of dog, he also took an interest in cars and baseball. Highly intelligent, David could retain a lot of knowledge about favorite subjects.

Son of Jean and William Rhee, and brother of Richard and Howard Rhee, David leaves behind a family who watched him explored different pursuits in life. Earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, David also attended the University of Mississippi law school. He completed a master’s degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and became an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian church. For four years he pastored the Westminster Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Before this he worked as a talent agent in Los Angeles, California. He even appeared in a commercial for a car dealership.

David will be remembered as a gentle soul who would never try to hurt another person. This rare quality made him a special individual. May he rest in peace.
