Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, she was proud to call the city her home. She was a devoted and determined single mother who worked tirelessly to provide for her only daughter, Ashley Nicole, always ensuring that love, strength, and opportunity were at the center of her daughter's life. When Ashley was in elementary school, she married George Groff, the man Ashley proudly considered her father. Together, they built a family rooted in love, support, and commitment. Their marriage brought stability, cherished memories, and a lasting bond that will forever be treasured.
She also dedicated many years of her life to serving the people of Nevada through her work with the State.
