Donald L "Murph" Murphy, 84, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War and received numerous awards and commendations. Don moved to Las Vegas in 1960. He managed Casinos all over the world for 55 years before retiring. He was also in real estate for many years. He is survived by his beloved wife Gloria; children, Michelle, Mark & Melinda, his brother Jerry from Ohio, and four loving grandchildren: Aaron, Taylor, Matthew and Madison. Visitation will be 3 pm - 7 pm, Monday, October 24th. Services will be at 9:30 am, Tuesday, October 25th, both will be held at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 N Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, 89131. Immediately following, burial at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada. Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice - "You will remain in our Hearts forever"
