Dorothy was born January 1, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri. She moved to Las Vegas in 1962. Her first job in Vegas was at the Sahara Hotel and Casino, where she worked at the front desk. Dorothy went on to work at several of the casinos on the strip, in administrative positions.
Dorothy went into business with Beauty Control in the 1990's. She helped women take care of their skin and look their best with their line of skin care products and makeup. Dorothy flourished with Beauty Control and stayed with them for 30 years until the company went out of business.
Dorothy is survived by 2 of her daughters Sabrina and MaryAnn, has 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on December 12, 2025 at Palm Eastern Mortuary, located at 7600 S Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Palm Valley View Cemetery, also at 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
