Mr. Dwight Howard Meriwether, age 73, a resident of Las Vegas, NV passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at a local hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Dwight served his country in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Baldwin & Ethel Moree (Stringfellow) Meriwether, Sr. and his brother Benjamin Meriwether. Dwight is survived by his loving wife, Marcela (Pequet) Meriwether of Las Vegas, NV; sons Nathan Meriwether (Traci) of Las Vegas, NV & Cameron Meriwether (Shelby) of Daleville, AL; and granddaughter Noelle Evangeline of Las Vegas, NV. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to The Animal Foundation 655 N Mojave Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89101 in his memory.
