Eden Grace Cabral

Eden Grace Cabral, 53, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2026. She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and strength touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Born on October 12, 1972, in Tamuning, Guam, to Ernesto Cabral and Denia Dancel, Eden dedicated her life to caring for others. She worked at Desert Valley Pediatrics for 21 years, where her heart for helping others was a reflection of the person she was in every part of her life.

Eden was kind, generous, and incredibly strong. She was the person who helped everyone and showed up when people needed her. She had a smile and laugh that were impossible to forget. Her warmth made people feel loved, welcomed, and cared for.

Above all else, Eden was a devoted mother. There was nothing she wouldn’t have done for her children, Victoria and Brian Kohagen. She always showed up—for the big moments, the difficult moments, and all the ordinary moments in between. Her love for her children was unconditional and unwavering, and being their mother was one of the greatest joys of her life.

Eden’s faith was at the center of who she was. She loved God and was a devoted Christian. Her faith was not only something she believed; it was something she lived through the way she cared for and served others. She traveled to the Philippines on a mission trip and volunteered her time helping veterans, always looking for ways to make someone else’s life a little better.

Eden also loved to travel, make memories, and cheer for the San Francisco 49ers. She found joy in the people she loved, the places she explored, and the moments shared along the way.

She is survived by her mother, Denia Dancel; her children, Victoria and Brian Kohagen; her brothers, Ernie and Dexter Cabral; and the many family members, friends, coworkers, and others whose lives she touched through her kindness and love.

Eden will be remembered for her beautiful smile, unforgettable laugh, generous heart, deeply rooted faith, and the way she always showed up for the people she loved. Her life was a gift to those around her, and her love will continue to live on through her children and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will be held at Palm Northwest Mortuary, Juniper Hall, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131, on September 23, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with a reception at Palm Northwest Mortuary, Aspen Suite, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at Palm Northwest Mortuary, Juniper Hall, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131, beginning at 6:00 pm.

Final resting place will be at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd., Las Vegas.
