He is survived by his daughter, Amie Collett; four sisters, Denise Coburn (Tom), Patti, Kathy(Mike), and Ginny; nieces, Sarah and Elizabeth; nephews, Brian, Mike, Dan & Brad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Sally Vavricka; son-in-law, Bill Collett; granddaughters, Ashley and Jessica Collet; and nephew, Joe.
The family will be conducting private services.
