Enriqueta Baldovino Villadiego passed away peacefully on April 2, 2018 at the age of 82. She was born January 29, 1936 in the Philippines and had been a resident of Nevada for more than 20 years. Enriqueta was a devoted wife of 48 years to the late Dr. Virgilio Villadiego, MD, a loving homemaker to her sons, Gerry and Bernie, and a fun-loving grandmother to Cameron, Brandon, and Kaelyn. Enriqueta was also the family accountant and pharmacist, an excellent ballroom dancer, a strategic Mahjong player, and a savvy world traveler. She really enjoyed socializing and making new friends but what she love the most was taking care of her family. In 1978, she was recognized as the Founding President of the Philippines Medical Association Women’s Auxiliary of Greater Saint Louis and awarded the Outstanding Woman of the Year in 1983 for her outstanding service and dedicated support to the organization. Enriqueta’s beautiful smile and warm heart will be missed by her family and friends who adored her. She was preceded in death by her parents Bernardino and Florencia Baldovino; her husband, Dr. Virgilio Villadiego, and her son, Gerry Villadiego. She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Dr. Bernie Villadiego (Mardie); three grandchildren, Cameron, Brandon and Kaelyn Villadiego; extended family members and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 13th between 5-7pm at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, April 14th at 1:00pm at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89118.
