Ernie Joseph Valerio

Ernie J. Valerio 60, of Las Vegas Nevada passed away Dec. 25, 2011. He was born Nov. 26, 1951 in Morris IL and resided in Las Vegas NV for 23 years. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic at Western Pipeline in Las Vegas. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Ernie adored him many puppy dogs over the years. He also loved to go 4 wheeling and prospecting for gold, Ernie loved his adventures. He was preceded in death by his daughter Kristina (Tina) McCaw, his father Ernest (Lucky), his mother Dolores (Mitzi) and his niece Shawna Shaw. He is survived by his wife Lynn (nee:Dale) of Las Vegas, son Robert Valerio of Florida, daughter Delores Brannon of West Virginia; brothers, John of Montana, Rick of Washington, Tim of Morris, sisters; Star of Las Vegas, Doreena of Morris and Belinda of Spring Valley, and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place on Dec 29 at 5:30 pm at Palm Mortuary 1600 South Jones Blvd. in Las Vegas NV.
