A funeral service for Eugene will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 1:20 PM at Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veteran's Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
