Firman Barton was born April 30, 1930, in Blair OK and passed away on November 5, 2016, in Las Vegas NV at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by his mother Josie and father Charly and his sisters June and Ernestine. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Dorothy, and his brother Hartford Smith, his four sons, Charles (Ramona), Vaughn, Keith, and Steve (Jennifer); 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Firman was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps then went to work for the Atomic Energy Commission in Idaho Falls then transferred to the Nevada Test Site until he retired. His hobbies were going to UNLV Runnin Rebel games and traveling with the good Sam club. Service will be December 1st at 11:00 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery officiated by Brother Tony Barajas.
