She was born in New York City, but has been a Las Vegas Resident for the past 30 years. Frances graduated from Julia Richmond High School in Manhattan and was a self-taught poet.
She is survived by her sister Eleanor; sons Robert, Stephen and John; Grandsons Paolo and Chaz and a host of extended family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all.
Funeral services will be held at a later date (TBD) when her ashes will be laid to rest with her mother, Mary LoBuglio and her husband, Alfred Ciappetta at Pinelawn Memorial Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
