Francisco (Kikoy) Baltazar passed away at home Thursday February 20, 2014 at the age of 71. Born in the Philippines to the late Dioscoro and Nicefora Baltazar, Frank was a loving husband to Asuncion C. Baltazar and the most wonderful father to his only child Marites (Tess) Langley and his grandchildren. He was a good provider and loved to cook; always making sure that there's enough food for everybody. He was an avid basketball fan as well.
He used to work as a seaman and retired a few years ago in the Philippines. He emigrated to the United States in 2009 where he resided until the time of his death. Francisco is survived by his wife Asuncion, daughter Tess, grandchildren, brothers, nephews, and nieces. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Eul and two sisters Nicasia and Maria Elisa. Viewing will be on Sunday March 2, 2014 between 1-5 PM, funeral services will be held Monday March 3, 2014 at 11 AM. Burial in the Philippines is to follow.
